Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure smooth fulfillment of contracts after design. You will oversee on-site construction for HVAC/mechanical and commercial systems, manage a diverse team, and coordinate with design and engineering staff across phases of the project.

The role requires strong communication, field leadership, and travel to job sites, with on-site presence during heavy construction and potential office or remote work during other periods.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex construction site activities.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and timelines.
• Familiarity with safety programs and site administration.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to milestones.
• Develop project safety binder and review with subcontractors.
• Lead construction review meetings and prepare weekly field reports.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and warranty follow-up.
• Oversee training, owner handoffs, and punch lists.
