Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure smooth fulfillment after design. You will oversee HVAC/mechanical and commercial construction on-site, coordinating staff and maintaining safety and schedules across multiple sites.

Travel to job sites is required. The role requires strong communication and leadership to align subcontractors and project teams, delivering projects on time and within budget while applying data-driven, high-performance building

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• On-site safety and project coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to milestones
• Administer safety program and lead site reviews
• Prepare weekly field reports and assist with commissioning
• Address post-construction issues and develop O&M docs
