Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure smooth fulfillment after design. The role requires experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction, plus strong verbal and written communication.

The superintendent travels to job sites and may work on-site or remotely to support multiple projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, safety program administration, coordination with subcontractors, and leading meetings; post-construction tasks

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel to job sites and on-site presence during heavy construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings for scope, constructability, and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to milestones.
• Administer safety program and develop safety binder.
• Lead construction review meetings and document weekly field reports.
• Assist with commissioning efforts and warranty resolution.
• Develop O&M manuals and as-builts during post-construction.
