Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement; finalize excavation and grading.
• Assist in assembly of concrete forms and handling of form panels.
• Move concrete using buckets and help spread it evenly in slabs.
• Strip concrete forms after curing and transport forms for storage.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds for finishing surfaces.
• Support masons with bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout; stock materials.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and transport to work areas.
• Unload and distribute building materials; keep site organized and safe.
• Promote a safe work environment and secure the site daily.
