Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site and foster positive relationships.
• Manage communication and assist with move-in/move-out processes to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining documentation in the operating platform.
• Adopt and maximize use of new and existing technologies to drive on-site efficiency.
