Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to support on-site operations across one or more communities. The role serves as the first contact for residents, handles inquiries, move-ins/outs, renewals and related items, and supports the Community Manager and Assistant Manager on weekends.

You will help create a customer-service oriented culture, assist with training, monitor key metrics, and ensure the Irvine Company standards are met across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs) and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Creates a customer service–focused culture for residents, prospects, vendors, and employees; ensures requests are promptly responded to and resolved.
• Assists in training, onboarding, and development of new team members; embraces new technology to maximize efficiencies.
• Contributes to the operating unit’s financial performance.
• Supports the team to meet key metrics and monitors notices to vacate findings and satisfaction surveys.
• Assists with daily on-site operations including move-ins/outs, renewals, and lease processing as needed.
• Documents and communicates important operating unit information to management and resident concerns in software systems.
• Walks communities to ensure condition and Irvine Company standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
