The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, coordinating community operations, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
