You will manage move-in and move-out processes, support resident retention, and coordinate with on-site teams to maintain shared spaces.

Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Google Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred education includes a HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver's license and the ability to travel between communities daily.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Maintains community common areas to company standards and mitigates hazards.
• Completes resident services tasks and documents them in the operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of technology.
