Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Community Relations Representative to be the first on-site contact for residents. You will foster positive relationships, manage communications, smooth move-ins/outs, support resident retention and promptly resolve questions.

Qualifications include strong communication, proficiency with Google Suite, and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Travel between communities is required daily; a CA driver’s license and vehicle insurance are necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Preferred Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
