Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking an on-site Resident Relations Associate in Irvine, CA. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling move-ins, renewals, requests, and follow-ups to ensure a high-quality experience.

You will support leasing activities, document processing, and all resident interactions while maintaining accurate records in OneSite and upholding company standards. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in customer service preferred.
• Superior customer service and a desire to help people.
• Ability to handle basic accounting principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Regular, consistent and timely attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for all resident interactions on site.
• Assists with inquiries including move-in, move-out, renewals and transfers.
• Promotes proactive customer interactions to ensure high-quality Irvine Company experiences.
• Solves simple to complex resident relations issues in a timely manner.
• Performs resident retention calls and supports renewal paperwork.
• Records resident concerns accurately in OneSite and tracks progress.
• Assists with leasing activities and closing on renewals and transfers.
• Processes resident applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
• Performs community inspections to maintain company standards.
• Monitors NPS and Yelp scores and follows up on unresolved concerns.
• Completes final account statements and manages eviction processes if needed.
