Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators; address underperformance with HR guidance.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to budgets.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting; provide variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction by promptly addressing service issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests completion.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing to drive occupancy and revenue gains.
• Follow eviction procedures as required and coordinate with legal when needed.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and tours to maintain trust.
