Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all business operations at an apartment community. You will supervise leasing and maintenance, lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires strong communication, leadership, and a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in affordable housing preferred.
• Experience with PFC, AMI, Income Restricted, Senior 55+/62+ is a plus.
• Experience with Onesite software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of assigned community. This includes new employee orientation and training, ongoing formal and informal performance evaluation, review and approval of time-sheets, instructing and advising on-site staff of employee procedures and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service
• Assist in preparation of budget, and adherence to approved budgets
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required
• Provide narrative of all monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item
• Ensure that property operations are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements
