Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community, driving resident relations and team performance. You will lead staff, manage onboarding, and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions while ensuring service levels stay high.

Qualifications include a 3+ year track record in multi-family property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and performance assessments.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions with HR as needed.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete financial reporting and monitor budget variance within +/- 10%.
