Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Massachusetts to support the Community Manager in daily financial operations and resident services. You will handle rent collection, invoices, bank deposits, and reports using Yardi/OneSite, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

Role requires 1–3 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication. You’ll supervise tasks, assist leasing efforts, and contribute to delivering excellent resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily rent, fees, and payments; prepare deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data integrity.
• Review resident files for delinquencies, collect on balances, and enforce leases.
• Submit invoices from vendors and manage coding and approvals.
• Assist in leasing and marketing efforts and respond to resident inquiries.
