Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks. You will handle rent collection, banking, and reporting while leveraging Yardi/OneSite to ensure data integrity and accurate ownership reporting.

You will review leases, enforce terms, and coordinate with maintenance and vendors to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction. A strong customer-service focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and deposits, posts payments, and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and updates system records.
• Reviews delinquent fees, contacts residents, and pursues collections.
• Reviews invoices and codes charges, coordinating with owners.
• Handles evictions per notices and court procedures.
• Manages move-outs and deposits per lease terms.
• Responds to resident questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the manager's absence.
