Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities, ensuring adherence to policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop yearly budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and coach staff to achieve high service levels. An on-site leadership role with emergency response responsibilities and a strong focus on resident satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing requirements.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property standards.
