Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks a Community Manager to run the full operation of a 134-home community. You will manage the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience for resident families.

You will lead a small on-site team, have decision-making authority, and own results. The role includes resident relations, safety standards, and capital projects, with signficant community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to pass a criminal background check.
• On-site role; physically able to walk the community daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full operation of a 134-home community, including budget, leases, collections, vendor relationships, and resident experience.
• Lead a small on-site team and make decisions that reflect the community’s success.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and the resident home-sale process; sell a limited number of homes with commission.
