Havenpark Communities seeks a Community Manager to run a 134-home community and lead the on-site team. You will manage the budget, collections, leasing, and the daily experience of resident families, owning results and driving community performance.

You will oversee contractors, vendor relationships, and the resident home-sale process, acting as a gatekeeper for new residents and ensuring quality and compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• On-site role
• Property management or business operations experience welcomed

Responsabilidades

• Manage budget, expenses, and net operating income
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and renewals
• Oversee collections and legal notices
• Lead on-site team hiring and development
• Coordinate vendor and contractor work
• Maintain curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and capital projects
