Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee one 181-home manufactured home community. You will manage the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, and lead a small on-site team.

You will coordinate vendor relationships, ensure safety, curb appeal, and drive resident relations with care and responsiveness. This on-site role requires strong leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with residents.

Qualifications

• Track record of commitment to a single employer or long tenure.
• Sales or customer-facing experience with measurable results.
• Experience running a small operation (business, store, crew, or budget).
• Comfort working with maintenance and construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site budget, occupancy, leasing, and collections.
• Lead a small on-site team and hire development.
• Oversee vendor relationships for landscaping, maintenance, and rehabs.
• Ensure safety standards, curb appeal, and capital projects on time and budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents and handle urgent issues.
