Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead a 204-home community. You’ll run budgets, collections, leasing, and vendor relationships while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

You will manage a small on-site team, oversee home-sales processes, and drive metrics like occupancy and NOI while upholding company values of Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass background check.
• On-site role with physical ability to walk the community daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage community finances including budget, expenses, and NOI.
• Oversee collections, billing accuracy, and legal notices.
• Lead occupancy and leasing, renewals, and resident approvals.
• Oversee resident home-sale process and occasional selling with commission.
• Direct a small on-site team and hire/develop staff.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships for landscaping and rehabs.
• Maintain curb appeal, safety standards, and capital projects on time.
• Foster urgent, caring resident relationships and renewals.
