Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager who will run a 322-home community. You will manage finances, leasing, and resident experiences, with authority to make decisions and own outcomes. The role blends budget oversight with people leadership and vendor management.

You will lead a small on-site team, handle collections, and ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing standards. This position emphasizes ownership, accountability, and meaningful resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials.
• On-site role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage community financial performance: budget, expenses, and NOI.
• Oversee collections, billing, and legal notices per state law and Fair Housing standards.
• Drive occupancy and leasing; approve incoming residents in the resident home-sale process.
• Lead a small on-site team: hiring, developing, and daily operations.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships across landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs.
• Ensure curb appeal, amenities, safety standards, and capital projects delivered on time and on budget.
• Foster strong resident relationships and renewals.
