Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead a full-service operation for a 204-home community. You will manage budgeting, collections, leasing, occupancy, and vendor relationships, ensuring a high-quality resident experience.

You will supervise a small on-site team, make key decisions, and own community results with a strong sense of accountability. You will drive resident relations, oversee home sales approvals, and maintain compliance with state law and Fair Housing standards,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• On-site role with physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total community operations including budget, collections, leasing, and occupancy.
• Manage on-site team, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
• Approve incoming residents in the home-sale process and maintain Fair Housing standards.
• Provide leadership and gatekeeping to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming community.
