Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• On-site role required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, expenses, and net operating income ( NOI ).
• Manage collections and rent payments in compliance with laws.
• Drive occupancy and leasing; approve incoming residents.
• Lead a small on-site team and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee landscaping, maintenance, and rehabs; drive quality.
