Job summary

Havenpark Communities seeks a Community Manager to lead an on-site team and run the full operation of a 322-home community. You will manage budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relations, and the resident experience, with decision-making authority and accountability for results.

You will oversee on-site operations, including contractor management, safety, and capital projects, while maintaining strong relationships with residents and selling a positive community culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass a background check.
• Must be physically able to walk the community daily and lift materials occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community financial performance: budget, expenses, and NOI.
• Lead on-site team, hiring, development, and daily operations.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and screening of incoming residents.
• Manage vendors, landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs.
• Ensure curb appeal, safety standards, and timely capital projects.
• Resolve resident issues with urgency and care, fostering renewals.
