Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community in Denton, TX. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

The role requires CAM or ARM certification when possible, plus basic computer skills and knowledge of housing regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety and risk management.
