Job summary

Asset Living in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, coordinate vendor invoices, and implement resident retention programs to maintain high standards of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site staff and leasing teams.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise all staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and reconciliation of deposits.
