Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with CAM/ARM preferred; on-site software and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and daily onsite staffing.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure staff training and performance through coaching and guidance.
• Prepare weekly/daily office & maintenance staff schedules.
