Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a housing community. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial operations while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing regulations.

The role requires supervising personnel, implementing resident retention programs, and developing annual budgets. A CAM/ARM certification is preferred and basic software skills are expected for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community; supervise staff and leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rents, deposits, and vendor invoices.
