Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, marketing plans, and resident relations, working under the Regional Manager to deliver excellent service and maximize NOI. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies, and resident retention programs.
