Job summary

Asset Living seeks a on-site Community Manager to lead a housing community with a focus on operations, leasing, and staff supervision. You will manage budgeting, resident relations, and on-site safety, ensuring adherence to policy and fair housing guidelines.

You will head an on-site team, coordinate maintenance, and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue while upholding the company’s total rewards program and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years' housing industry experience, or an equivalent combination.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise on-site staff, hire, train, coach, and develop the team.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Manage leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations to maximize NOI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and reporting to ensure timely responses.
