Job summary

Asset Living seeks a hands-on Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential property in Heber City, Utah. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financials while upholding fair housing guidelines and company policies.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and resident relations, with a focus on delivering excellent service and achieving NOI goals within a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and property safety procedures.
• Develop annual marketing plan and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.
