Job summary

Asset Living in Utah is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will help manage rent collection, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile payments and income from residents accurately and timely.
• Monitor and follow up on account receivables and late notices.
• Assist with supervising staff and leasing activities to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure timely repairs and inspections.
• Support budget adherence and financial reporting for the community.
