Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, leasing strategies, and adherence to safety, policy, and fair housing guidelines. Excellent communication and on-site management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and supervision of on-site staff.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenses.
• Strategic leasing management and marketing plan development.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
