Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, implement annual operating budgets, drive leasing performance, and execute resident retention programs while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Supervise on-site staff and lead teams effectively.
• Experience in housing operations and leasing processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and daily on-site operations.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets/forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Drive resident retention through programs and service excellence.
• Coordinate with regional management and vendors for service delivery.
