Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to implement resident retention programs and marketing plans to meet occupancy and financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in housing; or equivalent experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor rent collections.
• Plan and implement marketing and resident retention programs.
• Ensure timely leasing, reporting, and maintenance workflows.
