Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager for a Raleigh, NC on-site property. You will oversee all operations of Milburnie Road Apartments, including leasing, maintenance, and on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and NOI. A strong background in property management and customer service is required, with CAM/ARM preferred and a working knowledge of

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Lead staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits and rent collections.
