Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

As the on-site leader, you will manage resident relations, implement leasing plans, and drive resident retention while coordinating with regional teams to meet budget and NOI goals.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software proficiency and good computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is valuable for on-site management.
• Reliable transportation is required due to on-call/emergency duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines; lead emergency response.
• Develop and implement resident retention and leasing strategies; monitor budgets and financial reports.
