Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations at a Pasadena community. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, deposits, and monthly close-out while supporting on-site supervision and leasing activities.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite. Housing discounts and robust benefits are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Collects and posts rent, fees, and other payments; processes invoices and bank deposits.
• Prepares daily financial reports and reconciles bank accounts.
• Manages on-site operations, leasing and guest relations as needed.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and updates records.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts by greeting prospects and processing applications.
