Job summary

Greystar in Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling daily financial tasks, rent collection, reporting, and vendor payments. You will work with Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and assist leasing efforts while ensuring lease compliance and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate with maintenance, manage move-outs, and help retain residents in a dynamic property management team. This is an on-site, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Review leases and outstanding balances; communicate with residents on delinquencies and enforce lease terms.
• Process vendor invoices for payment; coordinate with accounting and owner as needed.
• Assist with evictions per notice requirements and represent the community in court as required.
• Manage move-outs by reviewing leases and handling deposits and cancellations.
