Job summary

Access Management is seeking a Community Association Manager to supervise a residential community onsite. You will oversee inspections, maintenance, vendor contracts and budgeting, and act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and homeowners.

The role requires a Florida CAM license, strong communications, and experience with association tools such as maintenance calendars, RFPs, and financial reporting. This full-time position may involve evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising community associations and managing Budgets and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the community association.
• Act as liaison with Board and homeowners as needed.
• Direct administrative and management duties per the management agreement.
• Utilize community management tools (maintenance calendar, action items, budgets).
• Review monthly financial reports and board summaries.
• Conduct CC&R inspections and enforce violations.
• Oversee major capital expenditures and prevent delinquency.
• Attend board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare board packages within set time frames.
