Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with company policies.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CAM/ARM preferred, and solid computer skills. You will develop budgets, monitor occupancy and service requests, and maintain strong resident relations to support safe,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits timely.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and fair housing.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years housing experience

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
