Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under regional supervision. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance management, resident relations, and developing marketing plans to maximize NOI. A CAM/ARM is preferred and on-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years experience in housing industry.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and manage daily on-site operations.
• Supervise staff and coordinate training, coaching, and development.
• Oversee leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
