CAMS is seeking an On-site Assistant Community Manager & Compliance Inspector to provide administrative support and monitor policies, procedures, and projects at the association’s properties in Raleigh. This full‑time role (40 hours weekly) pays $22 per hour and includes driving to properties for inspections, answering inquiries, posting updates, and handling violations with care and professionalism.
