You will lead on-site operations, oversee leasing, rent collection, and compliance, while delivering resident-centered service across affordable housing communities.

The role focuses on housing stability, strong financial performance, and collaboration with staff and partners to provide safe, welcoming residences for seniors and families.

Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in customer service required; affordable housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn property management software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site leader for day-to-day operations.
• Lead leasing, occupancy, and rent collection processes.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and 811 regulations.
• Supervise maintenance, curb appeal, and resident safety.
• Coordinate with Resident Services to support housing stability.
