The role oversees day-to-day operations, leasing, compliance, and resident services at an affordable housing community.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, a background in customer service, and a commitment to housing stability and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Background in customer service; affordable housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident Experience & Community Leadership: lead on-site community, engage residents, ensure safety and well-being.
• Leasing, Occupancy, & Rent Collection: manage marketing, waitlist, eligibility, and timely payments.
• Compliance & Inspections: maintain LIHTC/HUD/regulatory compliance and complete income certifications.
• Maintenance & Curb Appeal: supervise on-site staff, ensure property condition and timely work orders.
• Financial & Administrative Oversight: monitor budget performance, process invoices, and document activity.
