The role emphasizes trauma-informed, dignified engagement with residents and collaboration with staff and partners to maintain high standards of service and housing stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site operations and resident services to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and program eligibility determinations.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and related regulations through accurate file maintenance.
• Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and administrative tasks to support operations.
