Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time property manager to oversee on-site operations in Seattle, WA. You will manage budgets, ensure timely rent collection, handle leasing activities and lead site staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel. CAM certification and MFTE experience are advantageous; Notary license within 3 months is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent
• 6+ months of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred
• MFTE Program Experience Preferred
• Notary License is required or can be obtained within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assists in budgeting and staying within established guidelines
• Ensures rents are collected on time and posted
• Performs evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required
• Prepares month-end reports and deposit accounting details
• Reviews associate timesheets and enforces procedures
• Leads site team with HR and training activities
• Maintains records and submits required reports to corporate office
