Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking an on‑site Property Manager in Washington State to lead budgeting, leasing, and operations for a thriving community. You will oversee staff, ensure timely rent collection, and manage vendor relations while upholding Thrive’s standards for resident experience.

With 3+ years in property management and supervisory experience, you will leverage Yardi/CRM and MS Office tools to drive financial performance, compliance, and superior service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred; MFTE experience helpful.
• Notary license required or can obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and rent collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and stay within guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted timely.
• Handle evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as needed.
• Process invoices in accounting systems and complete month‑end reports.
• Lead on-site staff, coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Maintain leasing office and property common areas; ensure safety.
• Oversee tenant relations, communications, and resident services.
