Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a full-time in-person team member in Seattle to handle income collection, accounts payable, and leasing functions. You will maintain resident records, process deposits, manage invoices, and support move-ins and move-outs with a strong customer-service focus.

You will engage with residents, market the community, and ensure timely reporting. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced property-management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or equivalent experience including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site software.
• Accounts payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable: maintain resident records, issue notices, deposit receipts, oversee invoice payments and reconcile credits.
• Resident relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect property, report needs to maintenance.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist and listing services, greet prospects, show community and perform leasing duties.
• Administrative: update reports, file leases and paperwork, proofread leases, process move-ins/outs, handle service requests.
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by management.
