Thrive Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee financial performance, rent collection, and on-site operations. This 100% in-person, full-time role requires strong leadership and budgeting/reporting skills with a focus on team development.

You will hire and supervise on-site staff, manage leasing and resident relations, coordinate safety and compliance, and ensure exceptional living experiences for residents and owners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience or equivalent.
• Strong budget, reporting, and cash-flow management skills.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating leasing activities.
• Knowledge of MFTE/LIHTC and compliance basics is a plus.
• Notary license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and ensure rents are collected on time.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure leasing office operations, records, and audits comply with policies.
• Manage resident relations, safety, maintenance, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate marketing/leasing to attract residents and maintain occupancy.
• Monitor risk management, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with home office and leadership to meet goals.
